David Engler, Chief Executive Officer

David founded LightGov in April 2000, after having already launched one successful technology startup. He was confident that he could assemble a strong team to bring creative solutions to market, tailored to government, which would work the way governments work. In addition to his work in the law and technology, David served as an elected official for county and city government for 15 years. He brings a wealth of understanding to the needs of government in today's challenging environment.

Bill Reali, Chief Financial Officer

Bill is a principal and owner of Reali, Giampetro & Scott. He has handled the financial affairs of LightGov service its inception.

John has over 25 years Information Technology experience in Government, Banking, and Commercial Industries. He has an exceptional record of success in planning, implementing and servicing large and small scale projects all across the country. His well rounded background brings valuable perspective in shaping and supporting LightGov products and services.

Julie Vivo, Director of Operations [ julie@lightgov.com ]

Julie is a Graduate in Business Administration and Accounting from Westminster College. She oversees all daily operations and finances of the business. Julie also trains our eguardianship clients to use our Online Management Software for Guardians.

Dennis Miller [ dennism@lightgov.com ]

Dennis is a graduate of Kent State University majoring in Computer Science and Applied Business. He brings strong application development and customer skills to our team. His grasp of the latest technologies keeps us on the leading edge.
